Current Summer Program: 2 Sessions Per Week | $150 Per Month

Helping young athletes build strength, speed, coordination, confidence, and athleticism.

Youth Athletic Development is designed for athletes who want to improve their overall physical abilities and prepare for the demands of their sport. Through structured training sessions, athletes will develop strength, balance, coordination, speed, agility, and movement skills that carry over to competition.

While many participants may come from softball, this program is focused on athletic development first. The goal is to build a stronger, faster, and more confident athlete while reinforcing the fundamentals of movement, body control, and work ethic.

About the Coach

My name is Brandon Higashi, founder of Super Senior. While my primary specialty is helping older adults improve strength, mobility, and independence, my background is in fitness, strength training, and athletic development. My goal is to help young athletes become stronger, more coordinated, and more confident both on and off the field.
