I'll Start With Your Starting Line
Everyone has a different starting line because everyone has lived a different life. There is no one size fits all approach to fitness. I am not here to slap together a work out that will just make you sweat and make you sore. I am going to create a brand new program for each new client based on your starting line and goals.
Move Better
I want you to move like you did 10-20 years ago. Heck I might get you to move better than where you were 20! With correctional exercise I will do my best to help with muscle imbalances, posture, and develop functional moving patterns. This will dramatically increase your ability to perform daily tasks which will create an overwhelming sense of happiness.
It Doesn't Have to be Insanely Difficult
You only have to commit 5 hours a day, everyday, for the rest of your life. I’m kidding of course. You decide when and how often you want to start. With a commitment of only 15 minutes a day, 2-3 days a week, you can get amazing results. The most crucial element is to be consistent. Start with what is the most comfortable to you, because you have walk before you can run.
Pain Free Range of Motion
Sometimes the cause of our chronic pain is the result of muscle tightness and imbalances. Unfortunately, this can sometimes cause other problems because our bodies will compensate in some way to this new pattern of movement. For example, stronger quadriceps can tilt our pelvis forward forcing the rest of the spine to compensate for the new center of gravity by increasing the spine’s curvature. We can realign the body by strengthening and lengthening through different techniques bringing our skeleton back to where it is most efficient.
Physical activity does much more than make you stronger!
Proprioception
